Spring Feast, April 2006 |
Our dances range from the 16th to the 21st centuries and come from both the English and the American traditions. Calling is either by club or guest callers. All our dances are walked through first and then called throughout. You don't need to come with a partner - we try to ensure that everyone can join in the fun. You don't need special shoes or clothing - just wear something comfortable and be prepared to laugh a lot. Don't forget - dancing is one of the very best exercises you can choose for all-round health. |
